Join us to celebrate the start of the growing season at our fifth annual Spring Wine Dinner!

Enjoy a glass of bubbly & hors d'oeuvres upon your arrival, followed by a spectacular four-course dinner paired perfectly with our finest wines. Weather permitting, we'll dine al fresco at our beautiful banquet table with vineyard views, setting a perfect scene for great conversation about these exquisite pairings.

Seared Halibut with Spring Mushroom & Green Bean Hash, Creamy Leek Puree, Lemon-garlic Sauce

Paired with 2016 Stone Tower Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

MAIN

Charred and Sous Vide Aged Strip Steak, Roasted Chanterelle & Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, Sautéed Kale, Bourbon Sweet Potatoes Puree, Porcini Jus

Paired with 2015 Stone Tower Hogback Mountain

Dark Chocolate Tart with Sea Salt & Berries, Caramel Ice Cream

Paired with 2015 Wild Boar Porton
