Tower Cru Wine Club Agreement

TERMS of agreement

  • By joining this wine club, you agree to all of the following conditions. The conditions of the agreement are subject to change; Stone Tower Winery will notify you via email with any changes to the agreement.

  • You affirm that you and the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age.

  • Wine club benefits are non-transferable. Members must be present in order to receive benefits.


  • I understand that Stone Tower Winery’s main form of communication with members is via email.

  • An email confirmation will be sent within one week of membership sign-up.

  • It is my responsibility to notify Stone Tower of any changes to personal information which includes, but is not limited to: email address, telephone number and shipping address.

  • I agree that, as a Wine Club Member, I am subscribing to promotional emails from Stone Tower Winery, and that I can unsubscribe at any time.

Wine Club Order Processing

  • I understand that my credit card will automatically be billed for each wine club order for the cost of the wines, minus my club discount, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees three times a year.

  • Each wine club order may vary in price.

  • Wine club orders cannot be modified.

  • If Stone Tower Winery is not able to process the order or the order is declined due to invalid credit card information (or other personal information), the wines will not be held for the member.

  • The member will receive notice of the declined order and will need to update the credit card information on the Stone Tower website.

Pick-Up Orders within 60 Days

  • Due to space constraints in the tasting room, “pick-up” members may enjoy a pick-up window of 60 days. Members are required to pick up their club wines within 60 days of billing.

  • If you are unable to pick up the wines in the 60 day pickup window, you must email to make other arrangements prior to the 60-day requirement.

  • If a club release is not picked up within the 60-day period and no prior arrangements have been made, the wines will be carefully packed and shipped the following week to the shipping address on file for an additional charge. Shipping fees vary based on zip code.


  • By law, we can legally ship wine to the following states: CA, CO, DC, FL, MD, MN, MT, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA.

  • For members who elect to have their club wines shipped automatically, all wine club orders will be processed two weeks prior to shipping. Shipping rates vary based on shipping address.

  • Sales/excise taxes vary in each state, and are charged according to the members shipping address.

  • Tracking information will be sent to members via email.

  • Wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older.

  • We recommend shipping to a business address to avoid additional fees that will be incurred by the member for any returns, redirected packages or new shipments.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • We may automatically hold shipments during times of extreme weather to protect your investment.

  • If wines are held due to extreme weather you will be notified via email, the email will include an estimated ship date


  • I understand that, after the first 3 wine club orders, I can cancel my membership with no fee. Cancellation prior to these 3 orders will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing, via email ONLY. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent.

  • Membership changes/cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the next wine club order, via email only. Processed club orders will not be refunded.
