Over the past decade, we’ve produced, released, and sold-out of many wines, but with our most special bottlings, a small quantity is reserved, allowing it to be revisited as time moves forward. The creation of this ‘library’ gives us a unique opportunity to create a vertical tasting in which we take a specific wine and taste multiple vintages side-by-side.
