Groups of eight or fewer may visit the tasting rooms without a reservation. Our Pergolas are designed to seat 9-12 guests with the flexibility to accommodate 1-2 additional guests for a mix and mingle style gathering where not everyone has a dedicated seat. Children over the age of 4 are included in the guest count. Groups larger 15 should work with the Events Team to select a private room from our event spaces.

A pergola is a covered, semi-private outdoor gathering space next to the family-friendly Harvest Barn. It provides dedicated seating for up to 12 guests and table-side service for Stone Tower wine and food during the reservation.

Pergolas are reserved in 2.5-hour blocks. Permanently installed heaters can be turned on in colder weather, and a firepit is provided. If severe weather is expected, the reservations team will contact you and, where possible, try to move the group to an available indoor space. An indoor alternative cannot be guaranteed.

We can host up to 15 guests including children. Multiple Pergolas are not permitted (i.e. multiple reservation holders within the same party and consecutive bookings). For a larger group, our Events Team will recommend a private room, wine and catering service, along with the layout needed to keep everyone together comfortably.

Yes. Children over the age of four are included in the guest count. Children and adolescents must remain supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that balls, sporting equipment, and kites are not permitted.

Yes! We love our furry friends. Please ensure that pets are leashed and under control for the duration of the visit and that you clean up after them.

Our Pre-Order menu is an optional add on to your reservation. All of the items on our pre-order menu are applied towards the $500 associated with the reservation-fee refund. This menu was curated by our talented culinary team, exclusively for the Pergola guests. These large format boards are designed as an appetizer, ready to enjoy upon arrival. We accept pre-orders up until the Thursday before your reservation. These large format boards are not available to order the day of your reservation. During your reservation you will be able to place orders from our Harvest Barn Kitchen menu with the associate providing table side food and bottle service.

While outside food is not permitted we will happily make the exception for a celebratory cake. Stone Tower provide disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery; please bring a knife/server if needed. Refrigerator space is not guaranteed, so please bring a cooler bag if your dessert needs to stay chilled. Sparkler candles are not permitted on the property.

Groups that spend $500 or more will have their reservation fee refunded on the following business day. Qualifying purchases include food, all items from our pre-order menu, wine enjoyed during the visit, bottles to take home, non- alcoholic beverages, and merchandise.

Stone Tower requires at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a pergola reservation and receive a full refund.
