The nose is layered and indulgent. Warm baking spices like cinnamon and clove mingle with lemon drop and the unmistakable decadence of pineapple upside-down cake. One sip in, and that luscious pineapple takes center stage, followed by a touch of goldenberry (think guava). It is full-bodied, expressive. The finish is exquisite and long with the pineapple lingering on your tongue. This crafting of Petit Manseng could be one of the best you may experience.
